The team offered us a great deal of flexibility and customization to design and build our dream home, not just a version of what they built in the past. Finally, Jason ensures to put in the work up front to set a realistic budget and works with you to manage to it. Both of our homes were completed at or below budget. I would recommend McCoy Homes to anyone building in the Quad Cities and I am sure we will use them again if we build another home.
My wife and I cannot begin to say how impressed we are with our experience with McCoy Homes. It seems like an intimidating process when you start, but McCoy homes couldn’t have made it an easier or more enjoyable experience. There aren’t millions of decisions like so many people think. McCoy homes helped us to narrow down our selections to get us exactly what we wanted without going out of our price range unless we were willing to. We never once felt pressured to do things a certain way. As first time home builders we felt that no question was a dumb question. Jason and his staff were quick to respond, patient with our decision making, and always willing to go above and beyond.

My husband, and I had been looking for another home, for several years. We were comfortable living in our current home, and always seemed to like it better than anything we had seen. I had given up on the idea, but my husband pushed forward. He needed a change, and it was inevitable he found some property he really liked, which is where we built, and are now living. As my husband was showing me where he wanted to build, Jason McCoy pulled up. We had been in some of his spec houses, and liked his work. He had a good reputation. So, we decided to go with him. The results were better than we expected. Jason, was very easy to work with. If we had a question, he listened. So, we’ve lived in our new house for a little over a year, and are very happy. We absolutely love our new home! At first the idea of building seemed like more than we wanted to tackle. After we found a neighborhood that we fell in love with building became the best option. We were scared the process would be too overwhelming, but we were amazed at how easy it was. Jason answered all of our questions/concerns very quickly. Everything was finished on time and on budget. He even got us into the house early when our current home sold more quickly than expected. The quality of workmanship is wonderful and it feels like home.
